We have a standard service charge, which is mandatory for all apartments. This standard service charge covers various essential aspects of building maintenance, insurance and upkeep, including the pool, gym and security along with the maintenance and cleaning of common areas.

All CitiHome Serviced Apartments will have a House Manager nearby, ready to assist you with any other queries. Whether investors are seeking short-term renters or long-term tenants.

Residents will also be able to enjoy on-site optional additional management which includes cleaning, laundry, maintenance, tenant changeovers, security and more, subject to management package.
